Yes, it is sufficient to request it, by simple letter, from the lending institution during the annual renewal of the contract. Note that the establishment to which you are attached must communicate to you 3 months before the renewal of the contract, the conditions for its renewal.
To transform your revolving credit, you will have to notify your decision to your organization, on the anniversary date of the contract and within a maximum period of 20 days before its renewal.
By carrying out its transformation, the revolving credit will therefore be closed in favor of a personal loan.

You have only one revolving credit
You can get a personal loan from another financial institution allowing you to settle revolving credit. The latter is therefore reimbursed according to the conditions of a conventional loan.
